The newly built high-quality rooftop apartment was purchased by one of our clients for investment. During the purchase process, we were assigned to prepare a complete furniture package for this particular property.
This duplex two bedroom downtown apartment was unique on its own because there is an opening - an “indoor window” - from one of the bedrooms to the living room.

The completed works include a full furniture package, lighting installation, the bedroom glass wall installation, a fully equipped kitchen furniture.

After the finished works, the apartment was rented out almost immediately for long term rent and constantly rented since then.
