There are times when we are given an opportunity to create something stunning. Our job was to do a complete renovation - preserving the unique elements of this downtown apartment. We had to work carefully not to damage for e.g. the ceiling. The first phase was to rearrange the layout to be able to fit 3 bedrooms. Then we had to rewire the whole apartment with new electricity system and built two new bathrooms from scratch. After everything was completed our interior designer finished the project with brand new pieces of furniture, fittings, and decorations.
