During the increased demand for bigger apartments in Downtown Budapest one of our client requested our assistance to prepare the apartment for the rental market. But the mission wasn't a simple furnishing: we had to increase the number of bedrooms!

Fortunately, one of the bedrooms had enough room to split easily. Therefore, the following works were done: a new wall to seperate the two bedrooms, new doors, the modification of the electricity system, new lighting solutions for the bedrooms and the livingroom, wallpapers and a refreshing painting in the whole apartment.

After the apartment transformed from two bedrooms to three bedrooms, we were asked to refresh the furniture set and complete it. Consequently, we replaced the beds, the bedside tables, wardrobes, the study tables and chairs. We've bought a new flat screen TV, multiple sets of bed linings and decorations as well.
