In Hungary when renovating a classical property which is situated in a monument building, a number of permissions have to be received from the House condominium and the common representative. After the Owner of this apartment contacted us, we managed to get the necessary permissions and documents from the house. Then an end-to-end property renovation project has been performed including the replacement of the gas heating system and the floor. Eventually, it became one of the diamonds of our portfolio, as well.
